We offer a full refund for cancellations made within three (3) working days of completing registration. This initial window allows attendees to reconsider or adjust their plans with complete peace of mind.
The refund request must be submitted in writing via our official contact form or registered email. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or provider.
